Beam Distributing
ships orders Monday through Friday via UPS and/or USPS. Average ground delivery
time is 1-2 Days for the following states: MD ME VT NH MA RI CT NY PA OH IN MI KY
WV KY TN VA NC SC AL GA FL. Average ground delivery time is 3-5 days for all
other states. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the following
business day. If your order will be shipped to a location different than the
billing address, that location must be on file with your credit card company.
Beam Distributing will contact your credit card company to verify the shipping
address on these orders.
Orders placed on www.beamdistributing.com will be shipped via UPS to street
deliverable addresses only. Orders placed with only a P.O. Box address will be
cancelled and customer will be contacted via email to obtain deliverable
address. Beam Distributing does not ship internationally.
All orders requesting Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Three-Day Select shipping
should contact 804-440-6489 prior to ordering to check product availability.
As a safeguard against fraudulent orders, all orders over $25 placed at
www.beamdistributing.com. will require a signature upon delivery unless prior
arrangements are made by calling 804-440-6489.
Order Acceptance Policy
Order confirmations do not indicate our acceptance of your order. Beam
Distributing reserves the right to accept or cancel any order for any or no
reason. All orders must establish an acceptable method of payment.
Beam Distributing may require verifications or additional information before
processing your order. Missing, incorrect, or fraudulent information may result
in order cancellation without prior notice.
Payment Policy
WWW.BeamDistributing.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
cards. Your card will be billed at the time of shipment. No surcharge will be
assessed for use of a credit card. Purchase orders are accepted after an account
has been set-up. Please contact Beam Distributing, Inc. at 804-440-6489 to make
arrangements for an open account. In the event that your credit card is declined
you will be contacted to resolve payment issues. If the issue is not resolved
within 7 business days, your order will be cancelled.
